1. Who we are

LedgerLine ERP ("LedgerLine", "we", "us") is a cloud business-management service operated by , . These terms apply to the website, the web app and the Android / iOS apps.

2. Your account

You sign up by starting a free trial or buying a plan. Each business gets its own company account with a company code. You are responsible for the users you create, for keeping passwords and two-factor codes safe, and for everything done under your company account. Tell us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, trial and payment

Plan prices, user limits, invoice limits and included features are shown on the pricing page and in the app under Subscription. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where stated at checkout.

The free trial gives access to the trial plan for the number of days shown at sign-up. When a trial or a paid period ends, the account becomes read-only: you can still log in, view and export your data, but cannot create or change records until you renew.

Paid plans are prepaid for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. A tax invoice is emailed for every payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use LedgerLine for anything unlawful (including issuing fake invoices or evading tax); upload malware; try to access another company's data; overload or probe the service; resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after notice where the law allows.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time (Settings → Company → Download all my data, and the Tally export). After an account is closed we keep the data for 90 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep records.

6. Compliance is yours

LedgerLine helps you prepare invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, GST returns, TDS/TCS figures, payroll and statutory files. You remain responsible for checking them, filing them on time and for the tax positions you take. LedgerLine is not a substitute for professional tax, legal or accounting advice.

7. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available around the clock and take nightly backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where possible. Support is by email at on working days.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost data caused by your own actions, or penalties for late or incorrect filings.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use LedgerLine after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
