Delivery Policy

How the service is delivered

LedgerLine is a software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are shipped. After a successful payment or trial sign-up, your company account is created automatically and the login details (company code, user name and password) are emailed to the address you gave, usually within a few minutes.

For a renewal or upgrade, the new plan is applied to your existing company immediately and a confirmation email is sent.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam folder first. If nothing has arrived within 30 minutes of payment, write to with your order reference (it starts with LL-) and we will send the details by hand the same working day.

Apps

The Android app is available from our website / app store listing and signs in with the same company code and user name. Nothing extra is charged for the apps.
